By accessing or using AppCube Security's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
AppCube Security provides network security and privacy protection services, including but not limited to:
- Real-time threat detection and prevention
- VPN services
- Password management
- Data breach monitoring
- Identity protection
- Network monitoring
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
Payment methods accepted and subscription terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Free Trial
AppCube Security may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.
You will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the free trial period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute malware or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of APPCUBE LIMITED and its licensors.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall APPCUBE LIMITED, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
